RECOVERY AND SUPPORTING WORK

I also incorporate walking, hiking, cycling, massage, foam rolling, yoga, sauna, cold plunging, red-light therapy, hyperbaric sessions, and periodic fasting based on my training demands and recovery.

This is my personal routine, not a universal prescription. Training volume, frequency, exercise selection, recovery needs, and medical considerations vary significantly by individual. Beginners and anyone with an injury, health condition, or long absence from exercise should consult an appropriately qualified professional before attempting a demanding program.
